   I bought this backpack for my daughter because she is a big Jujutstu Kaisen fan & needed a new one. Item came as described. It was also packaged very well. She’s super excited about the bonus pin. For some reason, the item was stuck in limbo but I reached out to the seller & they were able to resolve the issue & have it delivered to me right away. Very happy with the product. Thank you!

   I purchased the My Neighbor Totoro ramen bowl with chopsticks (from BoxLunch), and I had some complications on my end with my address. I reached out, and the seller kindly updated the apartment number for me before shipping. Communication was super kind and helpful, and the shipping was very fast!
