Shipped in about two days of ordering. Case was damaged upon arrival; evidently shipping damage. Item was sent in manilla envelope with one layer of bubble wrap. Seller was quick to respond to my message and very friendly. Seller reimbursed 2/3 the cost of a new case to me. Everything else appears to be in great shape. Made it through the 1st dvd so far, but the others appear to be good. Ecstatic to own one of my favorite anime series! The 5.1 surround sound really seals the deal!
