The Lights were described exactly what it was on Ebay. They came in a box with bubble wrap for protection and was brand new as mentioned. There was no damage at all. When I plugged them in they all worked. It was very easy to talk to the seller. The seller was quick and courteous when I asked him questions about my order. Fast shipping, item is as advertised. Packaging could have been better but luckily nothing happened. The seller used balled up newspaper on either end, no protection otherwise but it's a used slightly beat up valve cover so whatever, no biggie. Item wasn't worth what I paid (found a new one for less yesterday!) but that's on me for being impatient -- I would still suggest shopping around before finalizing purchase.
