Bought 2/25, receive tracking number but never ships, after 2 weeks still hasn't shipped so opened eBay case then he ships 3/13 under different tracking number. Shipping over charge wasnt used for shipping materials. Uses trash to package. mine was carelessly wrapped with used shipping labels. Description misleading too. Pen is complete junk. This is first time I have ever had to leave poor feedback. Regretfully I would not recommend this seller.
