The items were for my granddaughter. The seller answered a question very quickly, and gave me a discount I asked for. Shipping took a while, but it was around Christmas, everything takes longer. It was for 3 COMPLETE sets of math manipulatives: one set was missing 3 of the “blocks”. I emailed the seller, requesting replacement of the 3 missing blocks- I believe he had other similar sets for sale. It’s been about a week, no reply. Not QUITE as advertised. Disappointing. Packaging fine. Ok value.

Everything was perfect with my purchase. It came on time as anticipated, and the box it was shipped in was padded to the brim with bubble wrap. That made me happy since the OG Silent Hill isn't a cheap game to get a hold of and I appreciated the fact that they made the effort to ensure this was delivered in good condition. Also, the game is great and the price I got it at, along with the quality of all the items it came with, makes it worth it. Overall, good seller I would highly recommend!

Great seller! Helped a lot with an issue that wasn't their fault. Box was left in pouring rain instead of under awning. Seller has been very kind and working with me on a compromise and was very generous and in addition was quick to respond and help in any way possible with something that wasn't even their fault. I'd definitely say 5 stars
