. The porcelain bowl was wrapped in plastic shoping bags and placed in a box lined with a very thin bubble wrap, as a result of that it arrived broken. I sent a message to the seller and I asked for a return, expressing my disappointment with the packacking. The seller responded very quick, apologized for the packaging, and issued a full refund. Problems can happen, but it makes a big difference on how the seller responds when there is an issue. Because of that, I give them a positive rating.
