Item was packed well and as described. I paid on 10/8, and tracking was uploaded on the same day. However, there was no movement after that. I messaged the seller on 10/14 but did not receive a response. Finally on 10/16 tracking showed that the package was received by USPS. So, slow shipping and no communication from seller. Giving them the benefit of the doubt as they appear to be located in western N.C. and may have had flooding issues to contend with.

Absolutely wonderful, professional packing job. Fast shipping. Rust wasn’t mentioned in the description but luckily the photos were really well taken so I could see it on the lamp rod before buying. Well described otherwise! Highly recommend and hope to do business with again.
