I item was described accurately, though I am not sure the dials work at all. I am giving it a few more days as we haven’t had much of a weather change yet. The shipping cost was fair and reasonable. The packaging, however, was truly atrocious. The shipping label was not covered in tape and was barely attached and the taping job was less than appropriate or professional. I have never received packaging this bad. Would suggest the seller take a few extra minutes to tape and label package securely.
