Item arrived but the heating element didn’t work never got warm so it didn’t do justice for a relaxing relief feeling seller refunded back full amount but not worth all the waiting time back and forth it should have been mentioned in the sale advertisement.

Friendly seller, packed card well, and even with hang ups in shipping, they were responsive throughout. If I could offer constructive feedback, raw cards should be sleeved before put in a card saver or top loader to prevent surface scratches. Thank you!!!
