The food processor lid quality was exactly as described, in perfect used condition. The seller allowed me to negotiate the price (which is always fun!) so I was happy with the value/price. My experience was very good. The Seller did a very good job packing the item. Unfortunately the shipping company banged the package around even though the box was marked with fragile stickers and the item was cracked. Seller immediately refunded my money upon my request. Overall my experience was very good.
