Item arrived as described. Camera was carefully packaged to ensure it would not be damaged in transport. Shipping was also timely. Camera works great. The touchscreen also works and there is little to no delay. Flash works. Just had to buy a new battery and charger through Amazon, but the description of the selling item did mention that. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and it is exactly what I was looking for!
