Antique Leather Bound Book in O.K./Good condition. Book is clean but has a slight attic odor. Book has a few antique markings. There is wear from everyday handling. The last page in the book (probably blank) has been torn away. There is some damage to the binding. I make every attempt to describe items in detail and attempt to describe both their positive and negative qualities.
