Up for sale is a first edition of Sir Walter Scott's Tales of My Landlord. 3rd series Published 1819. Four volumes. Volumes all contain half titles. Nice copy in 19th century partial leather. Gold gilt to page edges. Some small dings to boards particularly at edges. Minor wear to pages and light browning in places. Previous owner antique signature. Overall VG. Note titles on the binding are those of the particular tale. This is one of twenty different 1st editions of Scott's work we are listing. Additionally, we have a couple of various first edition volumes from broken / incomplete sets of his work for sale. All came from a single estate and all have matching bindings.
