I was sent a book with a different cover than was advertised. I messaged them letting them know the error, as I was collecting a series and wanted the books to be uniform, and they instantly apologized and refunded my order. The book is in perfect condition, and only getting 4 stars because the cover is not what was advertised, which is usually fine. Despite not getting the book I wanted, I will still check in with Nautic Gardens before other sellers. 10/10 service that's well worth supporting.

Terrific sellers. Quick communication well rooted plants arrived however, USPS had them for eight days and they arrived pretty stressed. One is doing really well. The other one may not make it. The replacement seemed to have gotten lost at USPS so a partial refund was given, but I would buy from them again. I think that they’re good people and they were big plants. USPS shouldn’t have kept them for eight days. That was too much stress for them.
