The item was not described as chipped porcelain i lattice work on top and sides with rust in some chipped spots. So much that it would be hard to miss.. this makes for false advertising of item.. what is even worse is that when I mentioned this issue, I got zero response.. not even a sorry.. the item was shipped fast and well packaged. For ten dollars more I could of purchased a brand new one off Amazon.. I wouldn't trust this buyers photos and descriptions.
