Did not receive the product. When contacted seller he replied it was sent & he send a tracking number I already had . Then stated "it is out of my hands". Not a good reply! This has been a pain. Even if I receive a refund, I will not buy from them. Do not buy from this seller unless you want to deal with arrogance. We'll see if I get a refund.

Seller went above and beyond to ship the item quickly. Communicated clearly the condition of the item before purchase, and even refunded part of the shipping costs when they were able to use a cheaper carrier. Best seller I've ever dealt with. Thanks.
