Limited Edition #957 of 1,075 copies made. Stated 1st Edition, published in 2000 by the Easton Press in Norwalk, CT. Features leather with gold foil lettering and decoration, a banded spine, gilt pages, and a gold satin placeholder ribbon. Binding is sound and pages are unmarked, with the exception of previous owner's bookplate affixed to the page opposite the limitation page, book is near mint otherwise.
