Description
Overall, book in very good used condition for age. Covers and spine in very good condition with some minor shelf/handling wear. First blank page has writing and stamp. Outer page edges have some scraping in one area. Inside, I took photos of some pages with underlines. There probably fewer than 10 marked pages. Group of pages have some minor creasing. Shadows make it appear worse in that photo. Book shows very well. See photos for details. The product is a leather-bound book titled "Shipman on Common-Law Pleading" by Henry Winthrop Ballantine, published by West Publishing Co. in 1923. This book is part of the Hornbook Series, known for its authoritative and comprehensive coverage of legal topics. The pages contain original content in English, making it a valuable addition to any law student or professional's library. With its focus on law and government, this book offers a detailed analysis of common-law pleading, providing insights into the legal system during that time period.

The book arrived today much earlier than expected. The other pleasant surprise was the excellent shape it was in! You said: "Very Good". I'd classify this as 'Excellent, like new"! So glad to have found it and in such condition. Thank you so much for the meticulous care you also exercise in wrapping and shipping. I'd certainly recommend this vendor.
