AAAAA+++++ Above and beyond all expectations. Little story - I bought a manual from him, he shipped it, good communication, fast shipping. Then the Posit Office mis-delivers it to the wrong address, acknowledges they did, but they can't find it or get it back from that address. I explain it to the seller - and he sends me another manual - free of charge !!! Wasn't his fault, but that's what a standup guy he is. How can you go wrong?!!!! AAAAA+++++++
