A mixed experience here. The item was very poorly packed and ended up damaged in shipping, negating its value as a collectible radio. So that's a big negative. However, when I brought this issue to the attention of the seller, the seller issued a full refund without a hassle. I appreciate that effort from a seller to make good on a problem.
