The package took about 10 days to arrive. The packaging lacked substance. It was in a thinly padded envelope and was quite mangled. When I saw it I was concerned. The toy seemed to have survivedbut the wheels don't function optimally. I do not know if that was the case prior to shipping or if it happened during shippingl I know things take longer during the holidays, but I have recieved many other packages fairly quickly.
