Shipping a Britannica set coast to coast is not easy, but the seller did an excellent job. First, the books were carefully cleaned. Then, they were wrapped in plastic in pairs, then wrapped again into cubes. They were then surrounded by several layers of heavy foam sheets, and placed in stout cardboard boxes. The post office tried their darndest to destroy one of the three boxes, but all of the books arrived in perfect condition. I definitely recommend booksforbrainsllc. Thank you!

Seller did not communicate at all. Item said ships in 3-5 days. It shipped 15 days later. No explanation from seller. Not sure if it would have even shipped if I hadn’t gotten EBay involved
