The item was exactly as described and pictured: a Scooby-Doo 100-piece puzzle plus Scooby-Doo tin lunch box with no dents, marks, or scratches, all sealed in the original package. The lunch box was crushed during shipping. EttasCollectibles responded to my email within 30 minutes. They asked for a picture of the shipping label so they can lodge a complaint with the shipper. At this writing, a full refund from EttasCollectibles is pending.
