My item arrived quickly, and it works as it should. I will say though, this transaction bordered on being rated "neutral". The seller packed my old, fragile disk drive in a sheet of bubble wrap and put it in a bubble mailer. That's it. It came away with a small crack and a dent on the front bezel, both of which are definitely not present in the photos. Luckily I like to leave well enough alone, and will settle with leaving this message. Please pack future items better.
