Yasnov Illustrations by Alexander Florensky "The Winekeeper" is a new book by the original poet Oleg Grigoriev (1943-1992). During his lifetime Oleg Grigoriev was mostly known as a children's poet, creator of a special "black humor" and at the same time a literary man persecuted by the authorities, an internal emigrant, a representative of the "literary underground". In the books published after his death, the scale of the author's personality became clearer, and his works intended for adult readers were introduced for the first time. This edition contains almost all of O. Grigoriev's poems written for adults. A significant part of the poems, documentary materials, photographs and drawings are published for the first time. The book reproduces a cycle of 48 illustrations by Alexander Florensky, prepared especially for this edition. ABOUT THE ARTIST Alexander Olegovich Florensky was born in 1960 in Leningrad. In 1982 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Art and Industrial School named after V. I. Mukhina. V. I. Mukhina. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Painter, graphic artist, illustrator, animator, conceptual artist, mail-artist, photographer, publisher, writer. One of the founders of the creative group "Mitki" (1985). In 2003-2004 - chief artist of the magazine "Addresses of St. Petersburg". ABOUT THE AUTHOR Two decades ago, in the samizdat magazine "Twilight "* - it was one of the rare lifetime publications of the poet - I came across Oleg Grigoriev's palindromes: among his numerous and diverse miniatures, a dozen monostichies were and, it seems, remained the only ones. A palindrome, even a virtuoso one, is usually nothing more than a simple game of sounds. And only the inscrutable phonetic insight of the author fills it sometimes almost mystical content.
