Nice never used just been sitting in a cupboard family history book. All pages are blank they were never written on. Please know there is a family name in Gold on the front cover . I’m guessing you could cover that up somehow leave that up to the new owner The book is in very nice condition never used just sitting in a cupboard . The slip case is an OK condition. It is not meant one corner has tape where the box split, but the book itself is in excellent condition and I will pack it well so it arrives to you safely. Please review all photos very carefully and read description carefully to make sure this is the item that you want before purchasing as I do not accept returns . Please ask all questions before buying
