I can't rate this seller highly enough. They were earnest to stick to shipping times promised but realized the product they had was not what was not the quality pictured, so they messaged me ahead of time with solutions (full refund, return the original and get a new item or keep what was sent with a partial refund.) I chose the full refund/new item - it came quickly and packaged so well! I appreciate also that they use recycled items for packaging. Thanks for a great eBay shopping experience.

I was so happy to find this book! It arrived within a couple of days. It was wrapped perfectly and was exactly as described. It looks like it has never been touched except for a handwritten note on the first page. I don’t know either the person who bought it new or the recipient but the words of love make me happy.
