Hands down the best customer service I’ve received on eBay (been on eBay since the 90s)! Mr. Hayden took the time to call me with updates on the shipment of my item. He left informative voicemails; when we finally spoke we chatted on the provenance of the book that I purchased & historical aspects of its contents. To boot, he communicated & shipped items while in the hospital! Passionate about his work as a longtime dealer of vintage & antique books. My book is a treasure, and so is this shop.

Mr. Hayden is by far the best seller of consequential books that I have had the pleasure of dealing with and purchasing from his extraordinary stock of books. He is a consummate gentleman and is fair and true to his word. He packs books with great care and ships immediately. He could do a tutorial on the best way to pack and ship books. His books are accurately described and given their scarcity and importance are a very good value. I highly recommend him to any lover of books.

It's rare to find a seller who packs a relatively inexpensive book with care. (cardboard to protect it in the mailing padded envelope). A seller that does this for a relatively inexpensive on is one I'd trust on all levels. Excellent value, condition was better than the listed very good. I am not buying rare books as much as I used to, but will be exploring this sellers stock.
