I was at first sent 2 CP1254 batteries that were not A4 models. One being A3, and the other without a series number. After a brief exchange of messages with the seller, they agreed that this was a big oversight failure and agreed to send photos before sending the replacements. I was given a tracking number for the replacement, which arrived on time and the batteries are the correct ones. The seller was clear and professional throughout, and solved the problem quickly.
