This book has only minimal shelf life wear, book was well cared for in a private home. Printed on archival paper with gilded edges. The ends papers are a silky moire fabric and book has a silk ribbon page marker. Smyth sewing and concealed muslin joints to ensure the highest quality binding. This book is in full leather with hubbed spines. This book is just lovely and hard to believe it is almost 40 years old- still gift quality. My intent was to replace lost editions of Linda Greenlaw's books. This provided an opportunity to do so. The books arrived today (Wed. 1/29) and upon opening the box, the condition of the books surpassed my expectations. In addition, it included a book I had not read and am looking forward to reading. The books were well packaged for shipping, considering they were to be shipped from the west coast to the east coast. The books arrived in pristine condition. I certainly do recommend this seller.
