(BC-11) This book came from a high-end home, air conditioned and dry. It was well taken care of and looks old and looks great. I will be boxing this (rather than padded envelope) to better protect it during shipping. NOTE!!! CHECK THE SHIPPING COSTS!!! I oversize/overpack just about everything and will be doing so again here to avoid any damage during shipment. It’s worth the extra couple $. NOTE!!! Any easels, propping devices, rulers, etc shown in the photos are for displaying the item and are NOT included with the item. NOTE!!! In general, I have cleaned the item very lightly for any bulk surface dust, dirt, etc. I have NOT deep cleaned it and will not be doing so here. I am often dealing with antique/vintage/delicate items and am very reluctant (aka DON’T) do any deep cleaning for fear of affecting, damaging, removing paint/patina, etc from the item. The item is as shown in the photos.

I thought I never would receive these items. Due to the terrible weather during that time and the same stuff from the PO. I wasn't receiving anything from the PO on shipping arrival times tracking or anything it was like there was no shipment. I contacted the seller and started keeping me up to date on it all. Everytime she got an update she sent it to me. Then next day or 2 you got another message saying delayed due to weather. On and on . This seller went above and beyond to keep me to date
