Before shipping this is all repeated, disenfected cover, buffed CD, and inspected before packaging, last step is to place a buffer to keep the disc in place and secure while in tranbsit to you. There is inherant case dimples, dents etc. we try our best to ensure that the case is secure and intact. however because of the age of some of these cases, there is some damage that is found in the shipping process.
