Seller was great and item was brand new and sealed as described. Item was well packaged to prevent any damage as a result of shipping. My issues had nothing to do with the seller. Seller was located approximately 2.5 hrs away from me within the same state. Although the item was not shipped for a couple of days, completely understandable, it still took several days to arrive once it was shipped despite being so close. Also, once opened the case was slightly damaged, again, no fault of the seller.

I had communication with the seller over an item I had returned due to a duplicate order. Although, I was willing to pay for damages and shipping costs, the seller refunded me so I was made whole. I overall should apologize for the inconvenience this caused! Please make sure before you buy to check on your other purchases and be cautious when shipping out to anyone that you provide adequate protection! I highly recommend this seller for their conduct alone.

My movie came in a timely manner. The seller was so kind. They made sure my movie didn't get dented in the package while in transit. They put two small pieces of cardboard on both sides of my movie. I know a lot of sellers wouldn't bother to do that. I do appreciate it. And I highly recommend you check out their things. I'm very happy with my purchase.
