The item arrived in excellent packaging and well protected. Nowhere on the items themselves were they damaged and they appeared just as the pictures showed. While I would have liked to pay a little less, the speedy shipping, frequent communication, and overall experience. I am very happy with my purchase. The item is brand new in flawless packaging; the seller even provided some of the original Japanese LEGO marketing materials that presumably came with it. Not to mention that they shipped it incredibly quickly. I received my package from Japan in the same time many domestic orders would take to arrive. It's the same high quality Lego set sold here in the US, but at a lower price and it's going to look great on display next to my Christmas tree!

The Ace SH Figuart came 4 days before the estimated date. Packaging was a lot but it kept the figure’s box safe so I applaud that. And because of the packaging the box and figure is in perfect condition! With it being the holidays, this seller made getting Christmas gifts for imported items like SH Figuarts a lot easier and quicker.
