The item was as expected just like photo, only issue was shipping it did take a long time but it was not on sellers end I think it was issue with USPS but other than that it was a great experience and the item it super cute I love it ! It was also packaged very nice and securely.

The shipping was incredible very fast . The package could have been lot better it was coming apart. But thank goodness the little bear was ok. The description was fantastic just like the pictures. Very pleased with the value the bear is wonderful.
