My eBay seller wrote a clear and accurate auction (but not the screenplay for this film) and processed the eBay transaction (but did not produce the film) and packed & shipped the DVD well and efficiently (but did not appear in this film). I do not for the life of me understand why eBay has changed the comments about our eBay sellers to comments about the items sold. If the item is "as described" then that is all that the eBay seller can control. This new comments approach is totally wrong.

Unfortunately the Blu-ray did not arrive as hoped, the mail system likely having misdirected it or lost it altogether. Even so, I let the seller know it hadn't arrived and they immediately sent me a refund and even told me if it did finally show up, to please keep it free of charge for my inconvenience. I consider that extremely generous and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this seller.
