Fast shipping, packaged very well, and item was (new old stock) as described / pictured. The only problem was that the player won't power on. Seller accepted returns so that is what I did and later received a full refund. Excellent seller for being fair on an item that was unknowingly useless. I ended up buying a used SanDisk refurbished 1GB MP3 player from another eBay seller.
