   Outstanding service. The dvd player was very well packaged, which was really good in this case. The box sat out in the rain for about 3 hours, before I could bring it in. Of course, the box was soaked through and through, but because of how well the dvd player was covered in several layers of bubble wrap, the unit was perfectly dry. Thank you so much for that. The player is very nice, and I am quite pleased with it.
