Shipping can improve. Paper punch shipped in eBay padded envelope therefore received item damaged. Punch will work however, will not close d/t small piece broken - disappointing. Photo shows envelope used, item, and small piece which was found in envelope. Item as described, still works and is a value which is why I will give a positive experience however, in the future seller should ship these items in box with appropriate padding to prevent any damage.

Why is the GST include shipping charges? Item purchase is $24.99 Shipping Cost $22.77 GST charges should be $2.249 for item only.($24.99) But the bill charge GST include shipping, calculated to be $4.30. Pls advice and thanks
