The doll, in her original box, was surrounded by bubble wrap, protected by lots of packing paper, and was shipped in a box. She arrived in perfect condition, and she is exactly as described. I am so happy with this gorgeous doll! Her face is so sweet, and her gown is a delight. Her hairdo is so elegant. The price was excellent, and the shipping was free. Order arrived quickly and was as described. I appreciated that the seller mentioned a minor indentation on the bottom on one plate. Did not detract from the plate, just appreciated the thorough and honest description. Plates were well packaged and arrived safely. Price was fair. Would buy from this seller again. Packaged well and shipped fast. There are a few pages with light pen underlining, which the ad stated it was unmarked. Oversight on the seller’s part. Overall an okay value. Seller did offer that I could return the book for a full refund.
