Absolutely stunning edition! The rich camel leather and burgundy silk end leaves make this Franklin Library Pulitzer Prize winner feel luxurious. Jerome Pickney’s illustrations add depth to Bromfield’s classic, and the gold-gilded edges give it a timeless elegance. Even with the bookplate, it’s in fantastic condition—a must-have for collectors. The hubbed spine and satin marker are gorgeous details that showcase the craftsmanship. Bromfield’s sharp storytelling about society and change feels just as relevant today. Holding this limited edition is like owning a piece of literary history!
