   The seller is great! I got some bowls that matched my old set but unfortunately, despite the great care in packaging, two of them were broken. Seller responded quickly with a refund and I’m happy I have at least two more that arrived in perfect condition! I don’t blame the seller or the packaging, this was definitely the delivery service’s fault. Thanks!!A++++ seller!

   This item has arrived and a complete return has transpired between myself and the seller. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the seller. Things didn't happen in this shipment----pretty much everything that could go wrong---DID---but this seller made everything okay by being totally upfront and corrected the sale to my satisfaction.

Beautiful mugs & new condition as described in the listing - anything in forget-me-not blue is very hard to come by and especially at such a reasonable price - thank you so much for accepting my offer.
