   The item I received was different than the one purchased and the seller issued a PROMPT TOTAL REFUND WITHIN MINUTES of being notified by email. I couldn't be more pleased with the manner in how this matter was handled and would certainly be very happy to deal again with such a total customer satisfaction solution being instantly offered. Just a simple mistake but was handled promptly to my total satisfaction. FIVE STAR seller in solving an unfortunate issue.

   Ordered on the 23rd and received on the 27th that’s fast . Thanks to fed-ex now this seller helped me so much on prices for two items that I made offers on . They accepted both offers and combine the shipping for me . Everything was packed in great matter of detail . I saved money all the way around . The seller has all kind of items and will help you .    Printer was packaged well but apparently did not withstand the shipments handling. Upon receipt of the printer, the paper tray pull out was broke and the printer display was not allowing the user to utilize the machine. Printer pricing was reasonable had the printer performed as expected. Seller accepted the return of the unit and refunded the purchase. I would recommend the seller and I would purchase from the again.
