   Item was delivered quickly and packaged with care. There was an error in the product description that created an issue. Once I made contact with the seller, the issue was rectified without delay or confrontation. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with a purchase and this seller was quick and efficient in making things right. Can't say enough good things about the seller and appreciate their integrity. I got a full refund and an invitation to purchase from them again.

   I reached out to this seller because Bosch canceled my order without telling me (after waiting a month) and I needed to make sure this part was the correct one. The seller responded within an hour of contacting them with picture verification matching the part number and description. After ordering yesterday, the package arrived within 24 hours! I've almost never had such a quick turnaround. The swap was quick and easy. 10/10 Would buy from this vendor again

   Item I received had a glaring manufacturing defect, but the seller refunded my money without hassle. They did not even make me go through the annoying process of returning the item (waiting for an email, printing a label, repackaging the item, driving to the post office, standing in line, etc). I DO appreciate sellers like this! Thankfully this is a very rare occurrence from my experience on Ebay for the past 20+ years.
