Package was beat up but I think that was by whoever delivered it and not the seller. Item was as described (mostly) though the screws given were of like three different types and slight size difference. Shipping was quick and easy. Over-all value was worth it as my TV now stands up right instead of falling backwards.

Item "shipped" immediately, but apparently not passed to carrier for a week. However package still arrived within stated service time. Great price, but check the service time if you need an item asap.
