It took quite a long time for the repairs and the communications seemed a bit "stand-off-ish" but they did a good job on the repair and it's great to have my Marantz 3250 back in working order. An itemized invoice was provided but if any parts were replaced they were not returned to me when the unit was sent back repaired. I'm just happy to have the unit in working order again. Thanks! I recommend the seller state that the repair time can be substantial if repair is expected exceed 30 days.

YMWV. My unit could not be fixed. Positives-unit returned in one piece and good packing. Received partial refund. Negatives- Only repaired unit qualifies for free shipping. My unit returned missing a screw. Seller said it arrived like that, however, I had photos showing all screws present before sending. No solution yet. For a 1st gen low serial WM-D6C a screw matters when reselling. Seller offered $70 for it for parts. LoL. I paid all fees and had it returned. Always take photos.

I appreciate the effort in trying to repair the item I sent in. Even though it wasn't able to be repaired, the seller offered a partial refund. Overall happy with the service. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for walkman repairs.
