This item came as described and very well packaged. Basically a small piece of plastic but for what it is I would say the price was fair. Item arrive on time no complaints. I recommend this seller he appears to have good integrity as the item had a tracking number within minutes of the purchase. I like tracing what I buy so that is important to me.
