The book was published in 1923 by his publishing and distributing company, the Roycrofters. There is an extensive index at the back of this 240 page book. The book is soft leather bound. The leather has aged to the point of tearing on the binding and considerable foxing around the edges. The heavy pages are still in very good condition. Please see photos.
