I had very positive interaction with this seller. I unfortunately let the offer cancel even though I really wanted the item. Starting the process all over again. The seller was cordial and cooperative all through what could have been an unpleasant event. The item was damaged as they were preparing for shipment. The seller refunded quickly and sent me an email about what happened. Honestly I will definitely buy from this vender going forward. Reasonable and helpful with no unnecessary drama.

ITEM ARRIVED NOT QUITE AS DESCRIBED. YES IT WORKED WHEN IT ARRIVED. BUT SELLER FAILED TO SEND THE CHARGER WITH THE INITIAL SHIPMENT AS THE AD SAID IT HAD. SPEAKER PLAYED FOR LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF ONE SONG, THEN THE BATTERY DIED. HOWEVER, WHEN THE CHARGER ARRIVED, THE SPEAKER WOULD NOT CHARGE. THERE WAS A FAILURE TO CHECK THE CHARGING PORT DURING TESTING. THE SELLER DID GIVE ME A FULL REFUND.
