Packaging was very good, and shipping went well. The item description could have been better though, as the item I received was not the one pictured (but, to be fair, it did not say it would be the one pictured, I just assumed so). A bit bummed because the box has a blemish, and it was bought for display, not to be opened (looks like some tape was removed at some point and it damaged the box). The item was fairly priced though, so overall, ok.

This piece I purchased for my wife's Lenox collection, and it is absolutely beautiful. I was really impressed with the packaging of the figurine. Well, done.
